my second favorite league (1st is NHA) has a spot available, 12 teams and its rerates are based on the simulated season.
We do pretty much 2 seasons per NHL season, and have a very solid core group of GM's, the commish does an excellent job as well.
We just completed our entry draft and the UFA off season will begin as soon as the position is filled.
The Philadelphia Flyers are the team that is available, and they have a great core.
