Looks like my two are gone. Oh well. Guess that career in fortune telling is going to have to wait a while.

I was only 50/50 on my 2nd round predictions (though the only shocker to me was that the Sharks swam away after game 4; I picked Vancouver more as a dark horse hopeful).
That said:
Ottawa vs Buffalo --> Ottawa in 7
Anaheim vs Detroit --> Anaheim in 6

I was perfect on my revised predictions in the last round. So far I've only missed on one series (Ducks over Wild). The only time I've ever been this close was when I picked the Canucks and Rangers to meet in the '94 finals but that was more dumb luck than anything.
Western Conference Finals
Red Wings (VS) Ducks => Red Wings
Eastern Conference Finals
Sabres (VS) Senators => Senators

It just seems like the Sens and Wings are on a mission this year... it should make for a very entertaining finals!... How bad is this looking for the Canucks, Habs and Leafs if the Sens make the finals this year?

Why would the Canucks care?

That would be three Canadian teams in the finals three finals in a row... and the other three either can't make the playoffs or can't make it past the second round... (it wasn't really ment to be a very serious statement....)

Serious or not, with the rivalry between Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal, I can see the point with regards to these teams. I know of a lot of Leafs fans who refuse to root for Ottawa in the playoffs simply because they despise the Senators for some reason; I'd imagine there are some similar feelings from Montreal fans. It must really grate on the Leafs fans that the Conference finals is a contest between their two closest rivals.
