...i didn't see a closing date/time in the original post ...i also didn't watch any of the games last night or follow the scores before posting -- so no advantage there.

Anybody else watching lundqvist single handedly beat the caps 3 times LOL? Let's to rangers!!! That was quite the entertaining game last night. But I am wondering how the hell is San Jose sucking so bad. We can't blame it on Thornton because he disappears once the post season starts, so what is wrong with that team?

San Jose isn't actually sucking that badly....they just haven't elevated their play. The Sharks have gotten better each game (Game 2 could've gone either way) and they were the better team in Game 3. I think tonight will be the telling factor on how things proceed.
Anaheim is a tough team to play against and I believe that Detroit would have had their hands full if they were in the Sharks position too.

Time for Round 2. Boston vs Carolina Washington vs Pittsburgh Detroit vs Anaheim Vancouver vs Chicago My selections would have to be: Boston (4-2) Washington (4-3) Detroit (4-3) Vancouver (4-2) I freely admit my suckitude at choosing in the 1st round, so agree with me at your own peril.

Is it possible for me to get involved with this playoff pool?
In order to make things fair, you could even start me at the very top of the points list with 17 points or something. LOL

Sure, you can play along.
It's probably fair to spot you about 6 pts. Guess you'll have to be bang-on with your bonus pts, eh.
