Half the league....not bad....
Jay, maybe you might want to just modify your 1st post to include the results....that way it's the first thing we see when we enter the thread.

I'm not sure how your points system is working there Jay. If it's 2 points per prediction and I get 6 of 8 right (MTL, PIT, PHI, DET, SJS, DAL), then it should be 12 points, right. How are guys getting odd numbers of points?
For the next round:
Eastern Conference: MTL vs PHI -> if Philly's D can keep up, they win (PHI in 7) PIT vs NYR -> I think the Pens will at least lose a game in this series (PIT in 6)
Western Conference: DET vs COL -> Nostalgia time....where's Yzerman? (DET in 7) SJS vs DAL -> Should be entertaining, but hopefully the Sharks are awake now (SJS in 6)

How are guys getting odd numbers of points? Chris, for the odd number, you guessed a series completely correct, which means you had the team right with the right amount of games. So for example, if you picked San Jose in 7, you would have gotten 3 points. Now come to think of it, the tie breaker point which is worth 1pts, should be a bonus point instead for the number of games. But if you want, I could take a point away from you....

Wow, I thought the first round was tough........these second round predictions are enough to drive one crazy.
EASTERN CONFERENCE 1. Montreal vs. Philadelphia => don't think that Philly will be able to handle the speed of Montreal. Montreal in 6 2. New York vs. Pittsburgh => With the amount of firepower that Pittsburgh has, I don't think the Rangers stand a chance. Pittsburgh in 6
WESTERN CONFERENCE 1. Detroit vs. Colorado => Detroit should have a fairly easy time in this series. Detroit in 5 2. San Jose vs. Dallas => This series could really go either way, but I'm taking Dallas in 7
